Office Administrator


LOCATION: Adelaide

Southern Cross Aerotech currently has a Part Time position available for Office Administrator starting Early Feb 2020.
To be considered for this position, the applicant requires the following:


*Please Note* This role will initially be for 25 Hrs per week and can be undertaken from home. It is anticipated that by July 2020, it will become a full time tenure. 

The Role: 

Oversee day to day operations 

Database entry and management

Back-end Website management

Liaising with key clients and staff over the phone and via email

Record retention 

Organizing & Management of pre-employment DAMP testing

Organizing all aspects of travel requirements

Business Development and marketing (To become a major focus)

Travel to trade fairs and to meet key clients as required


Essential Criteria:

 Excellent written and oral communication skills

proficient in word, excel, windows, publisher 

Professional phone manner

Ability to multi-task

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work well autonomously and under pressure


Desirable Criteria:

Intermediate knowledge of Aviation terminology and Aircraft types

knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
